A bad headline on ocassion isn’t unexpected. To get them repetitively tho means that there are major issues driving unhappiness in key consumer spaces.

You can try to emergency fix them with distraction (here’s a shiny new thing) or by simply ignoring them (what bad press!?)

But you won’t put out the flames if you keep walking away from the fire. Or adding to the fire. Or trying to obfuscate your way through the fire.

You fight fire with water. That means clean (no spin) comms – simple facts, refreshed language, less noise (fewer hype pieces), and above all, tenacity.

You work your way into a better positions. There is no magic. I wish there was. But no. What there is is work. You work your way into a better position using four tools – information, knowledge heart and time.
