Beyond stereotypes

One of the single biggest threats to success is putting people in boxes so that YOU feel comfortable with the space they ‘occupy’.

By categorising stereotypically, we feel safe.

In fact, the opposite is almost always true. It is only when you see people as they are, that you can build a better understanding of the world in which you exist.

So be uncomfortable but look at people without your “go to” filters. What you find may surprise you.

All in all, this way is better for communication and better for business.
